Shipping within the UAE
- Free Shipping: We offer free 1-2 day standard shipping on all orders above 350 AED.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below 350 AED, a flat delivery fee of 20 AED will be applied at checkout for 1-2 Day Standard Shipping.
- These shipping options are only available within the UAE.
- Local deliveries are made 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed upon checkout.
- Few select items might be ineligible for international deliveries due to their fragility or inventory availability.
- Any customs duties or taxes applicable to international shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- You will also receive a notification via SMS or email when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.
- In case of any delays, we will inform you promptly and provide updates on the expected delivery time.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to all cities within the UAE and internationally to select countries. If you have any specific delivery instructions or if your area is not covered, please contact our customer service team for assistance a hello@outborngeneration.com.
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule a new delivery time. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid any delays.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
