Return & Refund Policy

At Outborn Generation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process. Please review the guidelines below carefully before initiating a return.

Returns

Return Period
Most items are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Be in their original packaging, including any brand-specific boxes, tags, authenticity cards, and accessories.
  • Include the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  • For shoes, items must be in brand-new condition, with no scuffs or damage to the shoes or their packaging (e.g., shoe boxes). Shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces to prevent wear.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Beauty items, skincare, and grooming products (including haircare, fragrance, and makeup).
  • Undergarments, and swimwear without the original hygiene liner.
  • Earrings and other jewelry for hygiene reasons.
  • Handmade items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Vintage or customized items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered:
  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with original packaging intact.
  • We will offer a full refund or provide a replacement, subject to stock availability.

How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return through the following methods:

1. Via Online Account:
  • Log in to your account on our platform.
  • Go to the 'My Orders' section.
  • Select the order you wish to return an item(s) from and click on the ‘Start a return' option.
  • Select the item and the quantity you want to return from that particular order. 
  • Provide the reason for the return and complete the prompts.
2. Via Customer Service:

Return Shipping

We cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns initiated within the 7-day period within the United Arab Emirates. International returns are subject to additional charges.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item (e.g., for a different size), please return the original item following the guidelines above and place a new order.

Packaging Requirements
Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories. Please note:
  • Items with damaged or incomplete packaging (e.g., missing shoe boxes or scratched labels) may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Our team reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Monitoring Returns
We reserve the right to track return activity and decline orders from customers with unusually high return rates. However, this policy does not override any consumer rights you are entitled to under UAE law.

Gifted Items
Items purchased as gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser, and any refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pre-Orders and Store Credit
  • Most pre-order items are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • For pre-order items, refunds will only be issued as store credit.
  • If you opt for store credit for any return, the credited amount can be used for future purchases without expiration.
Non-Compliance with Return Rules
Any items that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, incomplete packaging) will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
